What if my code doesn't work?
We tell you exactly why. Check the letters first: 0 and O, 1 and I look alike. A bad connection never loses your points.
Why can't I claim a reward yet?
Each reward has a points price. Keep scanning; your Wallet shows exactly how close you are.
My airtime didn't arrive
If a reward fails, every point comes back to you automatically. Open your Wallet to see it.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, enter your number, then tap "Forgot password?". We text you a code to set a new one.
